Zyna & Co. connects clients with professional cleaning services for residential homes and commercial/office spaces. Specific scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and policies for a given service will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement provided at the time of booking.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship
Cleaning services booked through Zyna & Co. may be performed by independent contractors who are not employees of Zyna & Co. Zyna & Co. works with contractors who meet our standards for experience, reliability, and professionalism, including insurance requirements as applicable.

 

4. Quotes and Booking Requests
Submitting a quote request or contact form through our website does not create a binding service agreement. A formal Service Agreement will be provided and must be signed and agreed to separately before any cleaning services are scheduled or performed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services is due as outlined in your Service Agreement. We accept the payment methods specified at the time of booking. Payment information (such as credit or debit card details) is processed securely through Stripe payment processor; Zyna & Co. does not store your full card details. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyna & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to services actually performed will be addressed in the Service Agreement signed prior to service.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website (such as through a contact or quote request form) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate potential services, and will not be sold to third parties.

8. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Zyna & Co. related to appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notifications, and customer service updates. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services. Message and data rates may apply. You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. 9. Website Content and Use
